Preparing to celebrate its 48th event in 2025, Port Fairy Folk Festival today announced another 17 artists who will join the line-up for the major event taking place over the March long weekend.
Music lovers are encouraged to snap up tickets for the four-day event honouring seaside and song culture. For almost 50 years, the magical Port Fairy seaside village has become a destination for travellers, an annual pilgrimage for fans looking to combine the sun and surf of Port Fairy with their favourite or soon to be discovered artist.
Joining the 2025 line-up are American artists BONNY LIGHT HORSEMAN, CAT POWER who will sing the songs of Bob Dylan and Prince Edward Island-based English folk singer LUCY FARRELL.
Continuing the Festival’s tradition of celebrating local artists and supporting musicians from across the country, the March long weekend will see BRISCOE SISTERS, CHARM OF FINCHES, CHECKERBOARD LOUNGE, DAVID ARDEN, DON WALKER, FLYNN GURRY, HAT FITZ & CARA, JAD PINNONE, JEFF LANG, JORDIE LANE, LA MAUVAISE RÉPUTATION, and NICK CHARLES taking to the Port Fairy stages.
Port Fairy Folk Festival is also renowned for its incredible special events. In 2025 BRIAN NANKERVIS will be back with his popular On The Couch series and crowd favourites, South West Victoria’s finest FIND YOUR VOICE COLLECTIVE return to sing the songs of Joe Cocker. Festival partners THE BOITE will also be back for a special Sunday night event featuring music from around the world.
