Fiona Boyes & The Fortune Tellers

Fiona Boyes is an internationally recognised blues guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter.  Featuring finger-picking guitar, and cigarbox instruments, her performances range across Delta slide, gritty Mississippi riffs, to intricate country blues and heartfelt ballads.  As a USA reviewer said, ‘There are many blues musicians who keep the old songs alive, but far fewer who write new songs of revealing imagination to freshen up the genre’. Fiona is joined at PFFF2024 by her talented bandmates Tim Neal (Hammond) and Mark Grunden (drums).
